How does Let’s Talk
help children?

Let’s Talk has put PSHE on the map for children. Firstly, they recognise the importance of talking. Talking about what worries them. Talking about their challenges. And then talking about how best to tackle them. In this era where life is speeding up, Let’s Talk gives children the space to breathe and makes sense of the world around them. Most importantly, these lessons make children realise that they are not alone – that everybody fails and has challenges, and that with the right approach those challenges can be the stepping stones to a successful life.

The journaling at the end of each session allows time for children to reflect about each lesson and how they may actually use their knowledge. The PSHE in Action questions encourage children to apply this learning not just in PSHE but in all aspects of life.
